We offer both delivery and water feature installation. Call us or ask in store to see if your suburb is applicable.
Are you pet friendly?
We sure are! Please note that we do have two off leash furry helpers on site of our own, so we do ask that you respect this and keep your furry companions leashed.
Where is your address and is there onsite parking?
We are located 1430 Gympie road, Aspley 4034 beside Officeworks and there is limited onsite parking out the front.
Can items be painted or changed colour?
We sure can! Please ask staff as not all items can be painted. May take up to 5 - 10 Business Days.
Are you open weekends?
We are open 7 Days a week from 9am - 5pm AEST.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer 'Change of mind' refunds however we can offer an exchange for an item of same or lesser value or in-store credit.
Can I bring in a broken item for you to fix?
Boxy has done numerous repair jobs and rebuilds from pots to statues and water features. Either bring the item in store or text us a photo and he will let you know!
Do you price match?
Show us proof instore that you can buy any exact item elsewhere in Brisbane for less, and we'll match the price.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We sure do! Just let us know the value you would like and we can provide you with either an digital or hard copy.
